I Blame my computer, but we all know I'm just lazy.

Here's another smelly update for you!

Like the title says, my computer has been playing games with me this week, being slow and gheyish, when it really wasn't it's fault. I realised I didnt have anti spyware installed on my laptop so I downloaded adaware and ran a scan.

176 unidentified objects! No wonder the poor thing has been struggling.

Now that things are working properly again I thought I'd do a catch up.

I fought Ouyru! And we won! 1/1!
Urora and Lambit from my dynamis shell asked me to tag along as blm (which was fine with me as I needed this too)

Behold! Teh Great Wyverns!

Below is a shot of us in action (yes that's me actually doing something, as opposed to standing around looking bored in my screenshots). We did the sleep nuke strategy, we had:

Lambit : PLD

Urora: RDM
Alshandra: BLM

Rengin: BLM

Cesarl: DRK

and Sekkhmet as BLU

I think. It was a little while ago.

We got Lambit to take hate, and Cesarl was the mistmelter (you know, that thing you throw at the dragon to make it sit down?). Us BLM's did simultaneous Freeze and then Urora slept it after the mistmelt brough it back to the ground. We did this maybe 3-4 times and Ouryu gives up after about 30% HP left so we won! whee.

Another fun thing we did was doing Carbuncle's Mitts runs. I took Tyger and Sonnia one night to do theirs, and the next night I took Rikoro, Kaske, Crinan and Divinefury to get theirs. On both runs Sonnia and Kaske didnt have the pop item so we had to go hunting for it. Death ensues. The first run was ok, it wasnt up so we did Tyger's fight and got his mitts then by the time we went back it was up so we went back to do Sonnia's fight and got her mitts too. The next night Kaske's was up, but Crinan and I found it while they were back near the entrance so we had to sacrifice ourselves to get the pop item for him. Tonberry's dont like us very much. I died, so he pulled all the tonberry's down the corridor so I could RR and grab the item -- which i did! But then there was a final tonberry in the room with the Ugaleppih offering so I died after I got it. But I got it!! We home pointed and came back and everything went smoothly from there on.

Another thing we did was ZM5 Headstone Pilgramage! Heres a pic of us doing the first fire one in Ifrit's Cauldron. I managed to get myself stuck on the wrong side of the fire spout, but it was ok, Tyger had ice clusters :3

And this is me zoom zooming past the Ash dragon. I sort of wanted to fight it, but we were focussing on the mission at hand!

This is at the Sanctuary of Zitah, fighting the Doomed Pilgrim - another one of me standing around looking bored. (just so happens the only time I have time to take pictures is when I dont have anything to do. Let's face it, I'm just not that good a photographer - see Faulsey's blog!)

I think that overall, Aussie, Faulsey, Ataka needed all of the headstones while Tyger just needed the fire one. Fun times!

This is me falling asleep on the last headstone we did, it was early in the morning by that point. I would have just left my char here and gone to bed but there are bats that aggro people sitting down.

On a completely unrelated note, I was lvling THF in the dooms the other day with Crinan's SMN and Beanrod's WHM. Nevertheless, Galka's can be squishy too, especially after Benediction :\

We trio'd Aquarius! WHM RDM MNK Go go hundredfists! We were on our way to do windurst mission 9-1 farming the Goobue hummus and doing the cutscene (lets not talk about how i forgot I had the item in my Storage and was dismayed when it dropped when i lotted it) I had to go back to do that myself later.

Now I have a shiny new axe that I will probably never use. Ranged Attack? What is this concept?

Hmm that's it for now, I have another new post about Salvage to make in a bit, but I'll do that one seperate.
